Supporting Families and Communities

A free society depends on strong families and morally grounded communities.

I believe government exists to safeguard life, liberty, and property - and to remain accountable to the people it serves.

Safeguarding Water and Agriculture

Water rights and working farms are part of Utah’s heritage and economic strength.

State policy must protect agricultural viability, defend water infrastructure, and resist policies that undermine long-term food security.

Stewardship requires protecting the resources that sustain our communities.

Responsible Growth that Respects Community Character

Growth must serve the people who already live here, not outside interests or top-down mandates.

I support local control over planning and zoning, protection of private property, and infrastructure decisions that reflect community values. Responsible growth preserves both economic opportunity and long-term stability.

Preserving Local Control and Fiscal Responsibility

Government must live within its means and remain accountable to the people.

I support balanced budgets, transparent spending, and resisting dependence on federal overreach.

The default should be limited government and careful review, not expansion.

Protecting Private Property Rights

Private property is a foundational, God-given right and essential to individual liberty.

Government must provide clear standards, equal treatment under the law, and protection from regulatory overreach or abuse of eminent domain.

When property rights are secure, freedom and prosperity follow.

Strong Public Education with Parental Choice and Local Accountability

Parents are the primary authority in the upbringing and education of their children.

I support strong public schools, parental involvement, and local accountability -  while protecting families’ right to choose the best educational path for their children.

Education should reinforce civic responsibility and constitutional principles.
